Nutrition

Orthomolecular Nutrition is the use of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other natural nutrients, to support the healing of the body, naturally.  Melissa is an apprentice of the Goyetche Institute in Canada and is now offering Orthomolecular Facial Analysis in person and virtually.  The Institute’s founder, Tim Goyetche, is an accredited worldwide expert in Orthomolecular Nutrition.

Why is Orthomolecular Nutrition important?

Our farming fields and soils are severely deficient in nutrients. It is impossible to get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs from your food.  This reduction of nutritional minerals is a root cause of many health issues and diseases, for which, almost all of them present with signs of the human face that are misrepresented as vanity or beauty issues.  The lines, coloration, and marks on your face are the signs and symptoms of a nutrient deprived body, not old age. These signs and symptoms can be improved by supplementing with organic minerals.

What to expect during a Facial Analysis?

You will be asked to fill out a brief new client questionnaire and submit five photos of your face beforehand to your practitioner.  Either in person, or online, your practitioner will review these photos and show you the exact deficiencies that are presenting on your face and from the symptoms you have described.  It is recommended that you complete a new analysis every three months.  New photos will be submitted or taken, and progress will be tracked.

How long does it take to work?

Many clients will see results within 3 months of regular mineral supplementation.  Some clients who are showing malabsorption at the first appointment may take longer but should see results withing 3-6 months.  Minerals are generally taken twice per day and include the perfect amount of mineral for your body to absorb in one day.
